Current bottle + standard components + label
Use the current bottle family with a standard dropper or cap and a label or basic decoration. A practical route for a first run, a private-label line or a sample-first launch.
Hair oil & scalp serum packaging
Start with two reference bottle formats: 30 ml for scalp serum and 50 ml for hair oil. Both sit in a square-shouldered glass family and can be reviewed with matched droppers, closures, decoration, labels and boxes. Final glass color, neck finish, dropper length and artwork are confirmed on the drawing and sample.

30 ml scalp serum / 50 ml hair oil

Solution 01 / 30 ml
A square-shouldered glass bottle for scalp serums and hair essences. The flat front and back panels give artwork a stable label area, and the dropper assembly is matched to the bottle neck. The reference image shows a clear glass example; glass color is confirmed on the sample.
30 ml reference size. Confirm the fill volume and headspace for your formula.
Square glass bottle. Clear glass is shown; glass color and finish are confirmed on the physical sample.

Labeling, silk-screen printing and hot stamping are listed for this bottle. Artwork version is locked before plates.
Route A: standard components + label. Route B: brand color/finish + matched dropper + box.

Solution 02 / 50 ml
The same square-shouldered family in a 50 ml size for hair oil and treatment formulas. The 30 ml and 50 ml sizes can share a silhouette for a coordinated line. Closure options and final decoration are confirmed against your artwork and fill volume.

Route A: standard components + label. Route B: brand color/finish + matched dropper + box.
Two routes
Both routes start from the same 30 ml / 50 ml bottle family. The difference is how much decoration and packaging you specify before sampling.
Use the current bottle family with a standard dropper or cap and a label or basic decoration. A practical route for a first run, a private-label line or a sample-first launch.
Add a brand color or finish, a matched dropper assembly and a printed box with insert. A route for brands where shelf presentation and unboxing are part of the product.
Before you sample
These are the details that change the fit, the artwork or the packing. Confirm them on a drawing and a physical sample, not only on a screen.
Confirm the dropper type, pipette length, bulb material and dose per squeeze against your fill volume and formula.
Confirm the glass color, cap finish and target color reference on a physical sample. A screen image is not a color approval.
Confirm the final label or dieline, print method and artwork revision before plates or printing.
Share the base (oil or water), viscosity, fragrance and filling temperature so the closure and liner can be checked against the formula.
Confirm the box style, board, insert and fit with the bottle, closure and artwork before production.
Configuration options
Images show bottle, closure and decoration combinations available for discussion. Final glass color, closure, decoration and dimensions are confirmed on the approved sample.

30 ml square glass; glass dropper, collar and cap set; labeling, silk-screen printing and hot stamping.

Amber glass, square-shouldered; black bulb dropper, wood-look collar dropper or tall gold cap. 30 ml and 50 ml share the same silhouette.
